  1. I have been exploring for a bit for any high quality articles or blog posts on this sort of area . Exploring in Yahoo I at last stumbled upon this website. Reading this info So i am happy to convey that I’ve an incredibly good uncanny feeling I discovered exactly what I needed. I’m starting the HCG Diet on monday and i was planning on eating the special K foods but some of the things on hcg seem like they wouldn’t work with SK, like the absence of sugar for hcg and obviously SK has some. I’ve done SK for a short while before and it worked before but I quit because I got really busy. But would it be ok?

    Hi Teresa,

What does arrowroot do in recipes? Is it needed? Is there a substitute? Is it like baking powder?
