Blueberry + Banana Smoothie

In the mornings, I often pull out the vitamix to whizz up a yummy fresh fruit smoothie for my breakfast. The following is one of my favourite recipes.
Serves 1
125 ml (4 fl oz/1/2 cup) milk - your choice almond, soy, dairy, coconut, rice
1 banana
80 g (23/4 oz/1/2 cup) frozen blueberries
2 tablespoons natural protein powder
Combine all the ingredients in a blender with 125 ml (4fl oz / ½ cup) water.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Serve immediately.
