Cherry Ripe Smoothie

Creamy indulgent and best of all extremely healthy ! What a delicious way to start the day !
what it’s good for:
Cherries are packed with the antioxidants C + E which help support the immune system and fight disease. LSA is a combination of linseed, sunflower seed and almond – high in vitamin E and omega 3 essential for heart and brain health. Young coconut juice marries wonderfully with the cherry and acts like an electrolyte that helps hydrate your cells, transport energy, speed up metabolic rate and boost circulation. Coconut water is also high in minerals calcium, magnesium, iron, copper, potassium for healthy bones and vitamin C which helps to make collagen that is essential for healthy skin.
Serves 1
1 cup frozen Cherries
1 tbsp ground LSA ( linseed, sunflower seed, almonds )
1 cup coconut water
Combine all the ingredients in a good powerful blender and blend until lovely and creamy. Serve immediately and enjoy.

Hi Teresa..do the frozen cherries have the seeds in them still and if i used fresh would i need to deseed them (I recieved a vitamix as a gift !)
Thankyou
Robyn, WOW a VitaMix that’s great ! you will love it ! Now if you buy frozen cherries from the supermarket they are generally pitted, so all you need to do is throw them into the smoothie. if you buy fresh cherries, you will need to remove the pits first. Frozen is much easier and takes about 1 minute to make
