Here I am visiting my favourite destination spa, Kamalaya Wellness Sanctuary & Holistic Spa. During my stay, I tried some Ayurveda treatments, demonstrated my kick-boxing skills, talked detox with the chef, did some yoga and offered up some healthy living tips.
