Summer Red fruit Salad

One of my favorite foods I love to enjoy are berries and plump red cherries when they are in season.  I often eat this fruit salad for breakfast topped with natural bio yoghurt and a little honey and it’s also delicious served in large Martini glasses topped with a scoop of home made coconut sorbet for a lush dessert when I have my friends around.

Serves 6

500 g (1 lb 2 oz) strawberries, halved
300 g (101/2 oz) cherries
200 g (7 oz) raspberries
Zest and juice from 1 orange
1 tablespoon raw honey

Combine all the ingredients and chill.  Serve alone or with bio yoghurt and a little honey.  enjoy.!
