Now is the perfect time for making these delicious hot cross buns made from wholemeal spelt, oats, muscatel, honey, cinnamon and vanilla. There is nothing better than my buckwheat porridge scented with vanilla bean, red apple and cinnamon which makes it taste just like apple strudel.
