Terms and Conditions
When placing your order it is important to ensure the correct delivery address and receiver’s name is provided (including any business name if shipping is to a work address). The healthy chef will not take responsibility for orders lost due to incorrect delivery information provided. We do not offer “change-of-mind” refunds or returns.
If you have not received your delivery, the healthy chef should be notified within 3 weeks of dispatch. Please forward your order confirmation email to firstname.lastname@example.org with a note stating “goods not yet delivered”.
How to order
When you see and item you like, click on the “Add to Cart” button. If you wish to purchase more than one of an item, simply enter the number in the “Qty” box, and then click update to see a new total cost. You can continue shopping by selecting the “Continue Shopping” button, or you can complete your order by selecting the “Checkout” button. Follow the checkout process. Once you have finished your order an order number will be displayed, and a receipt will be emailed to the email address you provide.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email to advise your order has been shipped.
Payment for Online Orders
We have provided you with easy options for payment.
We accept VISA, Mastercard and American Express as well as bank transfer.
Once you have placed your order, we will charge your credit card automatically to the total amount of your order. For overseas orders please contact us at email@example.com and we will work out the best way of payment and transporting your goods to your address.
All our goods are shipped from our office in Sydney, Australia. Orders are sent by either Australia post, fast way or Toll express within Australia and Australia Post globally. We understand shipping costs can sometimes be prohibitive and have strived to ensure that our shipping rates are competitive. All our shipping charges are based on the actual weight (sometimes by volume) of the products rather than a broad weight range.
We ship to Australia & world-wide.
AUS orders: you will receive your order within 3 – 10 working days depending on your location.
If the goods ordered are unavailable we will contact you by phone or email and give you the choice from the following:
- Waiting for new stock for your order to be shipped
- Removal of the out of stock item from your order and recalculation of the total cost of the order

International Orders ( awaiting for Australia post to confirm price)
You can change and cancel your order while you are shopping online; simply remove it from “Shopping Cart”. You can cancel your order up until you receive your “Order Confirmation” email. Please email us at email@example.com to advise us if you wish to cancel your order after it has been processed.
The healthy chef and Teresa Cutter are committed to helping you improve your health and wellbeing. We want to ensure that all steps of your order are more than satisfactory and we invite and encourage your feedback, so we may continue to improve our products and our company.
If you wish to return an item because you have changed your mind about your purchase, the healthy chef will offer you an exchange or refund provided that:
You return the item within 7 days of receiving the item.
You include a copy of the invoice with the return shipment including full name, address and the reason for the return of the item.
The item is in re-saleable condition including that:
- It is in its original packaging, with tamper evidence seal intact (if applicable);
- It is unworn, unopened, unused and in its original condition.
If these requirements are not satisfied, the healthy chef reserves the right not to offer an exchange for change of mind returns
Before sending any product back please email us to arrange the details with the healthy chef team. That way we can make sure your product is dealt with quickly when it arrives in the healthy chef office.
We take the security of our customer’s details very seriously. We use proven technology and security measures to ensure the highest level of protection. Please note your payment details are processed via eway our secure on line payment gateway, we do not store your payment details.
We won’t sell, rent or disclose your details to anyone. Everything we do, we do openly, honestly and ethically. We are committed to your privacy and security.
Our web page does not record any information about you other than what is volunteered by you, and your IP address for order security. If you choose to supply us with your email address it will be stored for purposes of supplying you with requested information, improving our content, notifying you of updates to the web page and information relevant to Teresa Cutter and the healthy chef community.
