    I’ve been on the paleo diet for about a month now with a combination of high intensity training excersize. I’ve lost 15 lbs so far. However, every 7th day, I go out for dinner and eat whatever I want as a reward for keeping track on diet. Will the 1 day that I leave out affect me in a bad way in the future?
