How To Create Purely Delicious Festive Feasts
I wanted to share with you my Delicious festive recipes (pdf) from this month’s issue of Women’s Fitness Magazine. I really wanted to make it fresh and wholesome using seasonal ingredients as well as making the menu very easy to prepare.
You’ll love my oatmeal crusted gingerbread men and the caesar salads with green garden pea, organic egg and kale chips are to die for. I also decided to do a fresh take on the traditional Christmas puddings and designed an awesome peaches + cream dessert that is perfect for a summer celebration.
We sipped on pineapple and coconut coolers, devoured the steamed salmon and cucumber noodles and drooled over the asparagus with fresh figs and basil pesto.
The food was quick and simple to prepare and I hope it inspires you towards a purely delicious festive feast this year.
