It was so lovely to meet and greet so many of you at The Natural + Organic Supershow last weekend down in Melbourne. I had a blast presenting my healthy cooking masterclasses in the Natural + Organic Kitchen featuring some of my favourite recipes from my new book Purely Delicious over the massive 3-day event. Some of the dishes included Ricotta Pancakes w/ Maple Glazed Berries, Paleo Pumpkin Bread, Healthy Carrot Cake + Lemon Delicious Energy Balls.
I owe a big shout out to my expert team who all had a blast showcasing our delicious range of wholefood nutrition products, and it was great to see so many of my Instagram followers post photos with our live wheatgrass! My awesome team at Healthy Chef HQ loved chatting to everyone that popped by our stand and the energy of the event was electric ! Here are some highlights from the event:
10.30am Sunday morning and ready to start the first of 2 masterclasses for the day.
My place of inspiration and where I feel most at home….The Pastry Kitchen at the Melbourne Convention Centre with my friends Alessandro and Renae, 2 of the best pasty chef’s in the country. I get inspired to create every time I see these guys…..and their award winning yoghurt and artisan style sourdough is out of this world !
Molly our Healthy Chef Team member made me a birthday cake ! Raw Wild Berry Cheesecake w/ chocolate drizzle + Almond Crumb. We enjoyed this awesome cake for our staff dinner that night – It was delicious !
Congratulations to Dan deWitte and Justine McInerney who were the winners of our Instagram wheatgrass competition – they’ll be getting some green goodness sent to them this week !
On my way home back to Sydney…. I couldn’t help but write out all the recipe inspiration from the show.
