I had the best time launching the new Healthy Chef Organic Tea Collection last week at our healthy High Tea event!
Our new Organic Tea Collection has been years in the making, so it was so exciting to finally introduce the teas during an afternoon High Tea and discuss the amazing health and wellbeing benefits of all the 9 hand-crafted blends.
Our point of difference compared to other teas is that our range is fresh, vibrant and delicious, with ingredients sourced from the finest plantations all over the world. They’re also made entirely from wholefood ingredients that are free from chemicals, artificial flavours, colours and added sugars which is how it’s supposed to be.

The Healthy Chef team and I prepared a delicious and luscious tea spread, which featured Wholemeal Spelt + Buttermilk Scones with Strawberry Chia Jam and Pepi Saya Creme fraiche, Organic Carrot Cupcakes with Maple Vanilla Frosting + cinnamon dusted walnuts, Chocolate Coconut Truffles and Gluten Free Choc-Chip Cookies. I’ve used plenty of healthy fibre filling and protein-packed ingredients, such as organic oats and nuts, to prevent the 3.30ish energy slump that can typically come from traditional High Tea treats.
It was lovely savouring all the teas along with the teatime treats. The teas were kept exceptionally fresh and warm with my new Bodum range of teapots and thermal jugs. We also featured a little “Relax + Renew” station, showcasing my health spa tea with some fresh lavender and relaxing scented candles. To view the new organic tea collection CLICK HERE.
