SUPERFOOD + YOGHURT OATS

When you combine Healthy Chef Organic Superfood and natural cultured yoghurt, something magical happens… a crimson emulsion of organic ingredients reminiscent of fresh, luscious berries in the spring time that instantly makes you feel healthy and nourished. This recipe is quite similar to a classic Bircher muesli incorporating freshly grated apple, organic oats and fresh ginger that helps soothe the digestive system.

WHAT’S GREAT ABOUT IT:

This is the perfect GUT-LOVING breakfast that takes just a few minutes to make. Organic Superfood in rich in prebiotics which are the natural soluble fibres that feed the good bacteria in our large intestine. Their main function is to help promote a balanced gut flora, as well as healthy bowel function. Cultured yoghurt is rich in probiotics, so when combined with Organic Superfood, this forms a synergistic recipe for optimal digestive health. The addition of apple, ginger, beetroot and berries adds fibre and antioxidants to nourish the digestive system as well as support healthy glowing skin.
