We Are Currently Looking For:
CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER
FULL TIME & PART TIME
SYDNEY, SURRY HILLS – NSW
The ideal candidate will be a people person, someone who excels at customer service / sales and has a background in health such as a nutritionist, naturopath or dietitian. This is an amazing opportunity to help people improve their health and wellbeing and work with a passionate team.
The position offers the opportunity to be involved across a variety of projects, such as Trade Shows, in house Cooking Masterclass’s and PR events for our self-published cookbooks. This is a full-time role for the right person and we will also consider part time applicants.
The successful applicant will have the following attributes:
- Preferred background in nutrition /naturopathy / Health Science
- Customer Service with strong front of house skills
- Customer Relationship Management.
- Retail / wholesale order management.
- Assisting customers with product questions.
- Excellent sales skills with the ability to expand customer base.
- Social Media Monitoring / Management
- Website Management, Updating Content, Online Registrations /Activations
- Strong verbal + written communication skills.
- Have absolute attention to detail + be a strategic thinker who can work autonomously.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
