I’ve been making lots of almond milk recently and wondering if you have a cake recipe for the left over almond once all the yummy milk has been squeezed out? Seems such a waste to bin it! Thank you so much!

Wow I just had the most awesome afternoon tea pre workout snack Teresa’s gluten free banana bread with a dollop of yoghurt and drizzle of maple syrup over it. Yum. Hope the maple syrup isn’t too bad.

I’ve bookmarked so many (the banana bread, the mung bean dahl, the quinoa/chia bread, apple tatin, spinach and ricotta pie) and look forward to trying them – starting tomorrow with the banana bread.
