Superfood Energy Smoothie


The secret to perfect health is simple “EAT MORE FRUITS AND VEGETABLES” to feed and nourish your body from the inside out. I basically designed this recipe for myself to enjoy as a nourishing quick breakfast if I’m pushed for time and it makes me feel full and energised all morning. I love making up my own healthy meal replacement shakes as I know exactly what’s in them and what I’m putting into my body. 


This smoothie is delicious and jam packed full of nutrients that feed your body on the inside so your skin glows on the outside. Blueberries are a great source of potassium that helps to regulate muscle contraction and fluid balance. Chia seeds are a great source of fibre, omega 3’s and protein, which makes them super nourishing. Healthy Chef Organic Superfood is the ultimate whole food vitamin formula. A delicious blend of cold pressed organic fruit and vegetables designed to give you 30% of your recommended daily requirements in every serve. ingredients (Serves 1)

1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
pinch of cinnamon
1 ripe banana, frozen
1 1/2 cups coconut water or cold-pressed almond milk
1/2 teaspoon Matcha
2 tablespoons Healthy Chef Pure Native WPI
1 tablespoon Healthy Chef Organic Superfood
1 teaspoons chia seeds


  1. Combine blueberries, banana, almond milk, healthy chef protein, organic superfood, chia seed and goji berry into a high performance blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Pour into a serving glass.
  4. Enjoy.
