Everyone can benefit from a detox program on a regular basis and the basic aim of a good detox is to enhance your overall state of health and wellbeing.
A well designed detox diet offers a variety of wellness solutions; it primarily increases our energy and vitality, it helps with mental clarity, focus and emotional balance, and brings a greater awareness of healthy diet and lifestyle habits to keep you in optimal health + wellbeing – for life.
It’s important not to jump back into eating all the foods you were used to eating after a detox. The below menu is set up in a way to introduce your body to nourishing meals and drinks you want to create daily. There’s even more detox recipe inspiration on my Recipe App and Healthy Cookbooks – full of wonderful delicious recipes you can make easily every day.
